I came into the dealership Thursday evening, woefully unprepared, just knowing I needed a new car. Never thinking it would be an ACTUAL new car. Garrett was incredible. He made my car buying experience more comfortable with humor, honesty, and genuinely listening to what I needed. I appreciate both him and Troy for staying later to get everything done for me on Thursday, so that I was able to just come get my new baby yesterday.

Maddi made this experience soooo easy. She knew what car we wanted to look at and had it pulled up right when we got there for our appointment! She’s so personable and made it more of a laid back experience than car buying usually is. I’d highly recommend her (and I don’t leave reviews often!)

From the 1st time I talked with Ned our salesman I had an awesome feeling he was going to get a truck I wanted. Since we lived 3.5 hours from Waukee, Iowa l felt I wasn't going to waste my time driving up from Hamilton, IL. Everyone we met was very friendly to my family and I. Shottenkirk does good work. I was able to get in on a short notice, and the job itself didn't take too long. The auto tech, Matt, was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and able to convince me to get the work that needed to be done soon completed that same day. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll return to have Matt work on my car(s) again.
